Member MUST be in good standing with St. Thomas Elgin Home Builders' Association
New Home, Renovation, and Design project entries must be located within the St. Thomas & Elgin Region OR in an adjacent market otherwise not serviced with a HBA/HBA with an awards program and be open for sale or completed between September 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023.
New Home entry pricing must be inclusive of HST and the market value for the lot; should questions arise regarding the category for which any entry is submitted, the member company must be able to substantiate price-point upon request
Winning entries from a previous year are NOT eligible to re-enter in the same category
To qualify for a Renovation Category, the General Contractor must be a RenoMark Renovator
To qualify for a New Home Category, the General Contractor must be registered with Tarion
New Home, Renovation, and Marketing Awards will be presented to the “General Contractor” of the project
Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of STEHBA
